Outlook
Rasul is a tremendous athlete who is blessed with speed, quickness, and long arms with an outstanding vertical leap. This package allows Rasul to be a defensive stopper at either guard position. He has excellent anticipation, which helps him to excel defensively, and accounts for his knack for stealing the basketball from his opponents. Rasul’s ball-handling skills, ability to penetrate an opponent’s defense and passing skills make him an excellent point guard. His ability to shoot from the perimeter makes his ball-handling skills even more devastating to his opponents. Above all else is Rasul’s competitive drive to win, which is clearly shown by the success of all the teams he has played on.
