Outlook
Emmett is a very intelligent player with an excellent shot from anywhere on the floor, out to 3-point range.  He is an excellent defender, able to defend opponents who taller and bigger because of his strength but is quick enough to defend out on the perimeter against anyone on the court. A strong rebounder who is an excellent ball-handler and a good passer that knows how to feed the post. As a veteran of one of the toughest collegiate conferences in the NCAA (SEC), Emmett knows how to compete and win. 

Alabama Coach Marc Gottfried said about Emmett: ““Standing 6-4 and with the long arms of an athlete, Thomas presents match-up problems for most guards. I think Emmett is one of our better perimeter defenders... He’s tall and quick. He’s got a little size to him."
